Senate Takes Step Forward On Creating Fund To Make Credit Available To Small Business

Senate vote moves the ball forward on creating a fund that will make credit available to small business owners. Please consider calling your legislatures and supporting this legislation.
Robb Mandelbaum of The New York Times reported that, "Late Thursday evening, the Senate voted, 60 to 37, to end debate on an amendment that would restore the lending fund to the jobs bill. Two Republicans joined 58 members of the Democratic caucus to overcome a Republican-threatened filibuster."
