We began providing peer advisory and coaching services in 2002 in affiliation with The Alternative Board (TAB), as well as people assessment and development services. The Prestwick Group developed a proprietary job benchmarking and recruiting process in 2007, and added implementation services for the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) in 2010. The firm’s offices are near O’Hare airport in Des Plaines, Illinois, a Chicago suburb.
