This week Chicago Comes Back welcomes Elliot Richardson, co-founder and president of the Small Business Advocacy Council, an organization dedicated to advocating for small businesses in Illinois. We wanted to get a sense of how smaller firms are faring at this phase of the pandemic, as well as forecast how they're preparing for the future.
