Our goal was to support property owners struggling to fill their commercial spaces by connecting them with prospective tenants. SBAC identified local entrepreneurs who were interested in moving their businesses to physical storefronts. Qualified small businesses that leased a storefront received grants to help subsidize a security deposit or assist with rent.
