Who’s eligible?
Diverse-led company founders (including people of color, women, veteran and LGBTQ leaders) with more than 2 employees. We want to get the money out of our hands and into those leaders that need them.
Where do the grants come from?
This effort is funded by $1 million available through our Job Creators Quest grant program at Founders First CDC. (Thanks to assistance from Rockefeller Foundation, Surdna Foundation, Kaufmann Foundation, ADP and others.)

Each grant comes with a full tuition scholarship to one of our management accelerator programs to help you chart your growth path to $5 million in revenue.
